I love smoothies ,as is full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics which keep you full .
I am having this smoothie in lunch.
Cucumber, apple smoothie
3/4 cup 0%fat plain Greek yogurt ( I use Kirkland yogurt)
2 small Persian cucumber (
4-5 leaves mint
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 medium apple
Blend all ingredients in mixer and blend them to make thick
smoothie.

- Make your stomach full, while you are craving for some unhealthy munching .
- yogurt has 15% of protein.
